As per circular No. 4/2010 dated 22nd November, 2010 (No. 2/7/2010-CL.V), In partial modification of the earlier Circular No. 14/3/87-CL-V Vol. III dated 21-3-1995, the following table shall be applicable for additional fee to be levied for delays in filing Forms other than Form 5 w.e.f. 5-12-2010.

# In respect of filing of particulars and charges / modification of charges under section 125/135 of the Act, additional fee for delays up to 300 (Three Hundred) days will be payable by the Company as per the Table above. In case of delays exceeding 300 (Three Hundred) days in such cases and delay for filing particulars of satisfaction of charge u/s. 138 of the Act will require condonation of delay by the Company Law Board u/s. 141 of the Companies Act, 1956.
